I got off the plane in Heathrow and switched my phone back on. I didn’t look at it again until I got to our hotel, after a journey of about an hour on the tube. When I did look at it, there was a prompt asking me whether or not I wanted to accept dubiousfilename.sis and save it on my phone. “.sis” is the extension that Symbian uses for executables, so I was comparitively safe, but it looked to me like I’d just had my first experience of a malicious attack on my mobile phone via bluetooth. I’ve since switched off discoverable.
